Terms of Service

1) Services

NorthStar Pipeline provides outbound infrastructure, lead sourcing, messaging, outreach execution, and reporting as agreed in the signed service agreement or proposal.

2) Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely information about your offer, ideal customer profile, and any compliance restrictions. You are responsible for the accuracy of your claims and offers.

3) Tools & Accounts

Tool subscriptions (lead databases, sending tools, inboxes, etc.) are generally billed directly to you. You may grant NorthStar Pipeline access to required accounts for setup and management.

4) Payments

Fees, billing frequency, and payment method are defined in your agreement. Late payments may pause work until current.

5) No Guaranteed Outcomes

Outbound outcomes depend on market conditions, offer quality, pricing, and other factors outside our control. We commit to professional execution and continuous optimization, but we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing.

6) Term & Cancellation

Month-to-month engagements typically require 30 days notice. Quarterly engagements run for the agreed term. Exact terms are in your agreement.

7) Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential business information private and use it only for the purpose of delivering the services.
